Unlike a generic payment link that records an amount and a result, RentLink keeps the tenant, lease or unit, rent obligation, due date, payment status, and reconciliation context connected to every single request. It is designed to sit inside your existing rent workflow — not replace it. A standard payment link is built for ecommerce: collect a sum, confirm success or failure, move on. Rent is a recurring operational obligation with a paper trail, a tenant relationship, and downstream reconciliation work attached. RentLink is built for that reality.

Create in Operator Portal — Enter the rent request directly at op.casapay.com, generate the RentLink, and send the tenant flow without connecting another system.This is the fastest way to get started and works well for manual or one-off requests. No integration work required.

Create

Start from a rent obligation with the tenant, home, amount, and due date attached. Whether you use the Portal, an assisted route, or the API, the rental context travels with the request from the start.

Collect

Send the tenant-ready RentLink. The tenant sees a clear, single route to review the request and complete the payment using their available payment method — cards, open banking, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, depending on configuration and jurisdiction.

Reconcile

Connect the resulting payment status and evidence to the correct rental record. Because the tenant, property, obligation, and due date were attached from the beginning, reconciliation is a lookup — not a manual matching exercise.

Optional: Add Guarantee

If you need more than payment visibility, you can add CasaPay Guarantee to any eligible RentLink. Choose Cover (payout at due date + 30 days, from 1.5% of rent moved) or On-time (payout at due date + 1 day, from 2.5% of rent moved) to get cover for eligible unpaid rent up to your agreed limit.
