PMS & Accounting Integrations

Connect your property management system (PMS) or accounting platform to keep rent data in sync. Supported accounting platforms include Xero and QuickBooks. PMS connections are available via assisted no-code setup or the CasaPay API.

AI Assistants

Bring approved CasaPay workflows into your AI tools through Plugins and the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Explore how RentLink creation and payment status could live inside your AI workspace.

Accounting integrations

Keeping your books accurate is easier when rent data flows directly into the tools your finance team already uses. CasaPay supports sync with two of the most widely used accounting platforms:

Xero

Sync rent payment status and reconciliation context from CasaPay into your Xero account. Payment records stay aligned with your RentLinks without manual data entry.

QuickBooks

Connect CasaPay to QuickBooks to keep rent transactions reconciled alongside the rest of your financial records.
RentLink keeps the rent request, payment status, and reconciliation context together — so when data flows into your accounting platform, it arrives with the right context already attached.

API access

If you need a custom integration, want to create RentLinks programmatically, or are looking to automate parts of your rent workflow, you can connect to CasaPay via the CasaPay API. The API supports:
  • Embedded RentLink creation — generate payment requests directly from your own platform or back-office system
  • Automated workflows — trigger RentLink creation, status checks, and reconciliation updates as part of your existing processes
  • Custom integrations — connect CasaPay to any platform not covered by the current no-code integration directory
