Cover — from 1.5% of rent moved

Cover adds a payment guarantee to your RentLinks. If eligible rent goes unpaid, CasaPay steps in and pays you — then recovers the amount from the tenant. Payouts are made within 30 days of the due date.

On-time — from 2.5% of rent moved

On-time gives you the same guarantee as Cover but removes the 30-day wait. Eligible payments are paid out the day after the due date, giving you predictable cash flow even when a tenant is late.

Payment processing charges may apply to all plans. Cover and On-time fees are subject to eligibility, agreed cover limits, evidence, dispute review, and operator terms. The tenant remains liable for any amounts CasaPay pays on their behalf.
RentLink carries a 0% CasaPay platform fee because the business is funded by optional add-ons — not by charging operators to collect rent. Optional operator add-ons — Operators who need protection or predictable payouts can choose Cover or On-time. These paid plans generate the revenue that keeps RentLink free for everyone else. Optional tenant add-ons — Tenants can choose paid options such as no-deposit move-ins through CasaPay Plus and split payments (coming soon). Revenue from these tenant services also contributes to keeping RentLink at €0 for operators.
