Making Payments Through CasaPay
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Always Pay Through CasaPay
Do NOT pay operators/landlords or vendors directly via bank transfer, wire transfer, or cash!
If you've already made a direct payment to your operator/landlord or any vendor (utilities, cleaning, etc.):
Your CasaPay wallet will still show the payment as "unpaid"
You lose CasaPay guarantor coverage and protection
The payment won't be tracked in your CasaPay system
Contact CasaPay support immediately to resolve this situation
Why this happens: CasaPay can only track and guarantee payments made through the CasaPay platform. Direct payments to operators/landlords or vendors bypass our system entirely.
How Payments Work
All your rental expenses must go through your CasaPay wallet:

You pay CasaPay with your chosen method and timeline
