CasaPay is moving to a simple subscription model that makes rental costs predictable and affordable. Lower upfront costs for tenants, same guarantee protection for operators.
Understanding Guarantor Limits
What Is a Guarantor Limit?
The guarantor limit is the maximum amount CasaPay guarantees to your landlord on your behalf.
Covers unpaid rent, utilities, cleaning, and minor damage repairs
Four fixed tiers: £/€3,000 · £/€5,000 · £/€10,000 · £/€15,000
Choose the tier equal to or higher than your total exposure (rent × months)
Example: 12-month rent exposure of £/€12,000 → choose £/€15,000 tier
How It Works
CasaPay pays operators on the due date based on their invoice, ensuring they receive rent on time even if you haven't paid yet. This protects operators and maintains your rental standing.
Coverage Requirement: Guarantor coverage only applies to invoices paid through CasaPay. Any payments made outside the CasaPay system (direct transfers, cash, etc.) are not covered by the guarantee.
Important: The guarantor is not insurance. You remain fully liable to repay CasaPay for any amounts paid on your behalf. CasaPay will collect outstanding amounts from you according to your payment agreement.

Select your tier during CasaPay ID application
Existing Customers:
✓ No action required — your guarantee limit will be automatically mapped to the appropriate tier based on your previous average rent amount
✓ Transition happens seamlessly by Oct 1
✓ You'll receive a confirmation email with your new tier and pricing
✓ Subscription invoices will be sent automatically via CasaPay
