Rental History:

  • Previous addresses and landlord contacts

  • Rental references and experiences

  • Any previous damage claims or issues

Step 4: Get Your Results Within 24 hours, you'll receive:

  • Your personalized guarantee limit (€3,000-€7,500 typically)

  • Your guarantor fee rate (2-7% based on risk assessment)

Understanding Your Guarantee Limit

What It Means: Your guarantee limit is the maximum amount CasaPay will guarantee to landlords on your behalf. This replaces traditional security deposits.

Example Guarantee Limits:

  • Excellent Profile: €6,000-€7,500 (4-5x monthly rent)

  • Good Profile: €4,500-€6,000 (3-4x monthly rent)
