What is CasaPay?
CasaPay is a digital rental platform that eliminates traditional barriers in property rental. With your CasaPay ID, you can apply to verified rental properties without paying security deposits upfront, and manage all your rental payments through one convenient platform.
What is CasaPay ID?
CasaPay ID is your digital tenant guarantor card that replaces traditional security deposits. It provides financial guarantee to landlords and enables you to apply instantly to any property in our verified partner network.
How much does CasaPay cost?
We offer two plans:
Standard Plan: Free monthly cost, but requires 100% upfront topup (like a traditional deposit)
Guarantor Plan: 6% annual fee of your guarantee limit, with zero upfront topup required

Payments & Costs
How does the payment system work?

What if I can't pay rent on time?
With CasaPay, your landlord receives guaranteed payment on the due date regardless of your circumstances. However, you're still responsible for repaying CasaPay according to your plan terms.
Can I dispute charges?
Yes! You have a 5-day dispute window before the due date to challenge any payment request. You can upload evidence, and we have a professional resolution process to ensure fair outcomes.
What payment options do I have for each bill?
For every payment request, you can:
Pay: Settle immediately
Split: Convert to installments
Share: Divide among flatmates/friends
