Step 1: Prepare Your Data Download the CSV template from operator portal and include:
Tenant names and contact information
Current property addresses and lease terms
Monthly rent amounts and lease dates
Existing security deposit amounts
Any special arrangements or notes
Step 2: Bulk Import Process
Go to "Import Tenants" in operator portal
Upload your completed CSV file
Review imported data for accuracy
Confirm and process the import
