When to upgrade to CasaPay Plus

Starter covers everything most tenants need day-to-day. Consider upgrading to CasaPay Plus if any of the following apply to your next move:
  • You want to move in without a traditional cash deposit. Where eligible, CasaPay Plus replaces the upfront deposit requirement so more of your money stays with you at move-in.
  • You want access to Split payments (coming soon). CasaPay Split will let eligible Plus members spread monthly rent across two payments while the landlord still receives the full amount on the due date.
  • You want member perks and discounts (coming soon). Plus members will have access to offers and discounts curated for CasaPay tenants.
