CasaPay Plus starts from €10 per month, or 2% of the deposit requirement for eligible tenancies — whichever applies to your rental. The exact cost for your move will be shown before you commit to anything. How CasaPay Plus works
1
Find an eligible home
Browse participating rental homes through CasaPay Offers or your operator’s listing. Look for CasaPay Plus availability while you explore your options.
2
Review your option and costs
Check the eligibility criteria, applicable fees, your responsibilities, and the full terms before proceeding. You’ll see exactly what applies to your specific rental — including the cost of Plus for that home.
3
Choose and opt in
If the option fits your move and you’re comfortable with what applies, accept the plan. You’ll only be taken through to Plus if you meet the eligibility requirements for that home.
4

Frequently asked questions
Is CasaPay Plus available at every home?
Is CasaPay Plus available at every home?
No. CasaPay Plus availability depends on the specific home, the operator’s participation, the market you’re renting in, and the applicable terms for that tenancy. You’ll be able to see whether a Plus option is available when you explore an eligible property.
What does the 2% fee mean?
What does the 2% fee mean?
The 2% is calculated against the deposit requirement for your rental — not your monthly rent. For example, if your tenancy requires a €1,500 deposit, the fee would be 2% of €1,500. The exact cost will always be shown to you clearly before you opt in.
Can I cancel CasaPay Plus?
Can I cancel CasaPay Plus?
Cancellation is subject to the applicable terms for your plan and tenancy. Review the terms shown at the point of opting in, or contact support@casapay.com if you have questions about your specific situation.
Does no-deposit mean I have no financial obligations?
Does no-deposit mean I have no financial obligations?
No. Choosing CasaPay Plus changes the upfront payment structure — it doesn’t remove your obligations as a tenant. You remain fully responsible for your rental, including rent payments, any agreed charges, and the terms of your tenancy agreement. CasaPay Plus covers the deposit structure, not the tenancy itself.
