What makes a CasaPay-listed home different
Homes listed on CasaPay Offers aren’t just property listings — they come with context attached. Here’s what sets them apart from a typical listing site:- Professional operators, not private landlords. Every home is managed by a verified rental operator. You know who you’re dealing with before you enquire.
- Verified rental context. The operator, property address, and applicable CasaPay products are shown on the listing so there are no surprises later.
- CasaPay options visible from the start. If a home supports no-deposit move-in, Tenant Protection, or other CasaPay features, you’ll see that on the listing — not only after you’ve signed a lease.
How to browse listings
The CasaPay Offers page lets you explore available homes and filter by what matters to you.1

Go to casapay.com/tenant/offers. You don’t need an account to browse — listings are visible to anyone.

Filter by city
Use the City filter to narrow listings to your preferred location. During the pilot, cities include Tallinn, Tartu, and Pärnu.

Use the Home filter to select a home type: Studio, Room, or Apartment. You can combine both filters to narrow your search.

Select a listing to see the operator name, location, monthly rent, home type, and applicable CasaPay badges. Contact information and next steps are shown on each listing page.
CasaPay badges explained
Each listing can carry one or more badges that tell you what’s available for that home. Here’s what each badge means:0€ Deposit Option
This home is eligible for a no-deposit move-in through CasaPay Plus. Instead of paying a traditional cash deposit upfront, eligible tenants can access CasaPay’s guarantee-backed option. Fees and eligibility apply.
Tenant Protection Eligible
This home participates in eligible Tenant Protection workflows. Rental context, payment status, and support history stay connected throughout your tenancy. Availability and terms depend on the operator and applicable product terms.
CasaPay+ Option
This home supports CasaPay Plus features, which may include the no-deposit move-in option and additional member benefits. Check the listing for applicable eligibility and terms.
Utilities Included
The monthly rent for this home includes utility costs. Review the listing and operator terms to confirm exactly which utilities are covered.
Student Ready
