CasaPay Platform Partners have two distinct revenue opportunities: a direct stream tied to qualifying active usage, and an indirect stream that grows from offering a better product to tenants and operators. Understanding both helps you build a realistic picture of what the partnership can deliver for your platform’s commercial goals.
All figures on this page are illustrative. Qualification, support, recoupment, and payout terms are defined in the Platform Partner agreement. Higher SaaS revenue is an opportunity, not a promised result — it depends on customer value, your packaging, and willingness to pay.

Direct revenue — Partner Revenue Share

You earn recurring Partner Revenue Share for each qualifying active unit that processes rent through RentLink on your platform. This is a straightforward, usage-based model: your earnings scale with the number of operators you activate and the number of units they run through CasaPay. The economics are tied to real activity. You do not earn for units that are set up but not processing rent, and you do not earn for operators who sign up but do not launch. This keeps the incentives aligned — CasaPay earns when operators use the product, and so do you. Illustrative example This example uses 5,000 combined active rent-processing units across all activated operators on your platform, at the illustrative rate of £5.40 per unit per year. Active units are totalled across every operator you activate — regardless of individual operator size.
The illustrative rate of £5.40 per active unit per year is a recommended reference figure. Your actual rate is defined in your Platform Partner agreement and may differ based on the agreed commercial model.

Indirect revenue — SaaS growth

The second revenue opportunity is indirect: when your platform delivers a meaningfully better experience to tenants and operators, it becomes easier to win new customers, retain existing ones, and justify paid upgrades. CasaPay adds value for both sides of your operators’ business:
  • For operators — simpler rent collection, clearer reconciliation, rent cover options, and access to capital
  • For tenants — clearer payment requests, no-deposit move-in options where eligible, and home discovery through CasaPay Offers
Platforms that can demonstrate this breadth of capability have a stronger story to tell during sales conversations and renewal discussions. That can translate into lower churn, better conversion, and opportunities to introduce higher-value plan tiers.

Launch support

To help you get the integration to the point where operators are actively processing rent, CasaPay offers up to £7,500 in staged launch support. This support is:
  • Staged — released against agreed launch milestones, not as a single upfront payment
  • Recoupable — recovered from your future Partner Revenue Share as active units accumulate
  • Milestone-linked — no support is paid for an integration that remains unused
The specific support amount, milestone structure, and recoupment schedule are all agreed during the partner onboarding process.

Performance option

Once your integration is live and active units are processing rent, you may be eligible for an enhanced earning rate. The performance option allows partners to earn up to £7.20 per active unit per year — compared to the illustrative base rate of £5.40. The conditions, qualifying thresholds, and terms for the performance option are defined in the Platform Partner agreement.
