Thank you for being a CasaPay user! Over the past 18 months, we’ve been building a simpler and more secure future for rental payments together with you. We’ve received a wealth of feedback from our customers and continuously improved our product to make your experience even better.

Now we're ready for the next step – introducing CasaPay ID:

What's changing?

From 1st November 2025, CasaPay is becoming even more transparent and straightforward – we're introducing CasaPay ID and moving to a fixed monthly subscription fee.

What is CasaPay ID?

CasaPay ID is your digital tenant identity that makes renting safer and simpler. It consists of three components:

1️⃣ Verification

We verify your identity, income, and payment capability once. This proves to landlords that you're a reliable tenant – without having to share sensitive documents with every new application.

2️⃣ Tenant Score

A 5-star rating based on your payment behaviour (calculated from your last 6 payments). On-time payments improve your score and demonstrate to landlords that you're a responsible tenant. Your score updates automatically after each payment.

3️⃣ Guarantee

CasaPay guarantees your obligations to your landlord up to a fixed amount (your Guarantee Limit). If you're late paying an invoice, CasaPay pays your landlord on time, and you reimburse CasaPay later. This means your landlord always receives payments on the due date.

Two ways to use CasaPay ID

📦 CasaPay Guarantor Plan (your current plan)

The Guarantor Plan is perfect if you want to move in without paying a large deposit or rent upfront.

Key benefits:

• ✅ Zero deposit, zero rent upfront – move in without thousands upfront

• ✅ Guaranteed payment security – your landlord always gets paid on time

• ✅ Payment flexibility – CasaPay pays on your behalf if you have temporary financial difficulties

Your Guarantee Limit and monthly fee:

We've automatically assigned your Guarantee Limit based on your rent amount:

What's changing: The previous 2.4% fee per payment is being replaced with this clear, fixed monthly subscription fee.

📦 CasaPay Standard Plan (coming soon)

The Standard Plan is perfect if you prefer a traditional deposit structure with no monthly fees.

Key benefits:

• ✅ Zero monthly fees – completely free CasaPay service

• ✅ Same CasaPay ID benefits – verification, Tenant Score, and payment guarantee

• ✅ Refundable deposit – your deposit is held in a secure CasaPay account and refunded when you close your account (minus any outstanding debts)

How it works:
You deposit your chosen Guarantee Limit amount (e.g., €3,000) into a CasaPay deposit account. CasaPay manages the guarantee using this deposit, but there's no monthly subscription fee. Your deposit is fully refundable when you close your account.

Availability:
Currently in testing with selected landlords. We expect to make this available to all customers by 1st December 2025 at the latest.

If you'd like to switch to the Standard Plan once it's available, simply contact us.

Do I need to do anything?

No action required!

✅ Your CasaPay ID is already active – your verification and Tenant Score are already on your account
✅ Transition happens automatically – your rent payments will continue without any interruption
✅ Just pay your subscription invoice – you'll receive this on 27th October (due 1st November)

Mis muutub?

Alates 1. novembrist 2025 muutub CasaPay teenus veelgi läbipaistvamaks ja lihtsamaks – tutvustame CasaPay ID'd ja liigume üle fikseeritud kuutasule.

Mis on CasaPay ID?

CasaPay ID on sinu digitaalne üürniku identiteet, mis teeb üürimise turvalisemaks ja lihtsamaks. See koosneb kolmest osast:

1️⃣ Taustakontroll

Teostame üürniku tasutakontrolli, mille raames kontrollime üürniku isikut, sissetulekut ja maksevõimet. See tõestab üürileandjale, et oled usaldusväärne üürnik – ilma et peaks jagama sensitiivseid dokumente iga uue kandideerimise puhul.

2️⃣ Üürniku skoor (Tenant Score)

Sinu maksekäitumise põhjal arvutatud 5-tärniline hinnang (viimase 6 makse alusel). Õigeaegsed maksed tõstavad sinu skoori ja näitavad üürileandjatele, et oled vastutustundlik üürnik. Skoor uueneb automaatselt iga makse järel.

3️⃣ Käendus

CasaPay garanteerib sinu kohustused üürileandja ees kuni kindla summani (garantiilimiit). Kui jääd arve tasumisega hiljaks, maksab CasaPay üürileandjale summa välja õigeaegselt ning sina hüvitad selle hiljem CasaPayle. See tähendab, et sinu üürileandja saab alati õigel ajal raha kätte.

Kaks võimalust CasaPay ID kasutamiseks

📦 CasaPay käenduspakett (sinu praegune pakett)

Käenduspakett sobib ideaalselt, kui soovid üürida ilma suurt deposiiti või üüri ettemaksu tasumata.

Peamised eelised:

• ✅ Deposiidita ja üüri ettemaksuta – koli sisse ilma tuhandeid eurosid ette maksmata

• ✅ Garanteeritud maksekindlus – sinu üürileandja saab raha alati õigeaegselt

• ✅ Paindlik maksevõimalus – CasaPay maksab sinu eest, kui sul on ajutisi makseraskusi

Oleme määranud sinu garantiilimiidi automaatselt vastavalt üürisummale:

Mis muutub: Varasem 2,4% tasu iga makse pealt asendub selge, fikseeritud kuutasuga.

📦 CasaPay tasuta pakett (varsti saadaval)

Tasuta pakett sobib ideaalselt, kui eelistad traditsioonilist deposiiti ilma CasaPay kuutasuta.

Peamised eelised:

• ✅ Kuutasuta – täiesti tasuta CasaPay teenus

• ✅ Samad CasaPay ID teenused – taustakontroll, Tenant Score ja maksegarantii

• ✅ Tagastatav deposiit – deposiit hoitakse turvalisel CasaPay kontol ja tagastatakse peale käenduslepingu lõpetamist (miinus võimalikud võlgnevused)

Kuidas see töötab:
Kannad valitud garantiilimiidi summa (nt 3 000 €) CasaPay deposiidikontole. CasaPay haldab garantiid selle deposiidi raames, kuid kuutasu puudub. Deposiit tagastatakse peale käenduslepingu lõpetamise kinnitust üürileandja poolt.

Saadavus:
Hetkel testimisel valitud üürileandjatega. Eeldame, et saame selle kõigile klientidele kättesaadavaks teha hiljemalt 1. detsembriks 2025.
