The CasaPay Starter plan is the foundation of your rental experience on CasaPay — and it costs nothing. From your first payment to your next move, Starter gives you everything you need to pay rent, manage your deposit, and connect with professional operators through a single verified account. There's no subscription, no plan fee, and no catch: Starter is always free.

## When to upgrade to CasaPay Plus

Starter covers everything most tenants need day-to-day. Consider upgrading to **CasaPay Plus** if any of the following apply to your next move:

* **You want to move in without a traditional cash deposit.** Where eligible, CasaPay Plus replaces the upfront deposit requirement so more of your money stays with you at move-in.
* **You want access to Split payments (coming soon).** CasaPay Split will let eligible Plus members spread monthly rent across two payments while the landlord still receives the full amount on the due date.
* **You want member perks and discounts (coming soon).** Plus members will have access to offers and discounts curated for CasaPay tenants.
