# Create Your CasaPay Account: Sign Up and Get Verified

> Sign up for a free CasaPay Starter account, complete your verified rental identity, and get ready to apply for homes — all in a few simple steps.

Your CasaPay account is the foundation of your rental journey. It gives you a verified rental identity you can bring to every application, a secure wallet for paying rent, and access to professionally managed homes listed through CasaPay. Signing up takes just a few minutes, costs nothing on the Starter plan, and means you only have to go through verification once — no matter how many homes you apply for.

  Registration is completely free on the CasaPay Starter plan. You only need to provide payment details if you choose to upgrade to CasaPay Plus.

## How to sign up

    Complete the identity verification step to receive your verified CasaPay ID. This is the credential that operators use to confirm who they're renting to — and it's the same ID you'll use across every future application.

    Once verified, you're ready to browse CasaPay Offers, respond to RentLink payment requests from operators, and explore whether a CasaPay Plus no-deposit option is available for your next move.
