# CasaPay Plus: Flexible No-Deposit Move-In for Tenants

> CasaPay Plus is a paid tenant plan that unlocks no-deposit move-in on eligible homes, starting from €10/mo or 2% of the deposit requirement.

CasaPay Plus is a paid tenant plan designed for renters who want more flexibility at move-in. Where an eligible home and operator setup qualifies, CasaPay Plus lets you move in without paying a traditional cash deposit upfront — keeping more of your money available for the rest of your life after the keys arrive. It also includes everything in the free Starter plan, plus upcoming features like Split payments and member perks as they become available.

## Pricing

CasaPay Plus starts from **€10 per month**, or **2% of the deposit requirement** for eligible tenancies — whichever applies to your rental. The exact cost for your move will be shown before you commit to anything.

## How CasaPay Plus works

    Check the eligibility criteria, applicable fees, your responsibilities, and the full terms before proceeding. You'll see exactly what applies to your specific rental — including the cost of Plus for that home.

    If the option fits your move and you're comfortable with what applies, accept the plan. You'll only be taken through to Plus if you meet the eligibility requirements for that home.

    Complete your move-in without the traditional upfront deposit. Your rental and payment journey stays visible in one connected CasaPay experience throughout your tenancy.

## What's included in CasaPay Plus

CasaPay Plus includes everything in the free Starter plan, plus the features below.
