# CasaPay Referrals: Earn Rewards for Tenant Referrals

> Introduce your tenants to CasaPay through channels you already own — and earn a reward for every eligible activation under your agreed referral terms.

CasaPay Referrals is a programme that lets participating rental operators earn from eligible tenant referrals to CasaPay. You already own the trusted moments in a tenant's journey — move-in, resident communications, leasing conversations. This programme is designed to make those introductions consistent, attributable, and rewarding for both sides, without turning your tenant relationships into a marketing pipeline.

<Warning>
  Reward amounts, qualifying activation criteria, attribution window, and settlement timing are all defined in your applicable CasaPay Referrals agreement. No universal reward rate is promised on this page.
</Warning>

## How the referral reward works

Your reward is tied to the eligible activations that can be traced back to your attributed referral channel. The illustrative model below uses a 1% monthly rate to show how the numbers scale — your actual rate and qualifying criteria are set in your agreement.

<Info>
  **Illustrative calculation:** 1% referral reward × monthly rent × number of eligible paying tenants

  For example: **1% × €1,000 × 100 tenants = €1,000 per month**

  This is an illustrative example only. The qualifying event, rate, attribution method, and settlement terms are subject to your applicable CasaPay Referrals agreement.
</Info>

As your tenant base grows and more tenants complete qualifying activations, your eligible reward scales with it. The programme is designed so that operators with larger, active tenant bases have the most to gain.

## Referral channels

CasaPay Referrals is built around the communication channels you already use with tenants. You do not need to create new touchpoints — you introduce CasaPay inside the moments you already own.

## How it works

<Steps>
  <Step title="Introduce">
    Share the approved CasaPay invitation through an agreed operator channel — move-in pack, resident portal, email, SMS, or a team conversation. Each introduction uses an attributed link or code so activations can be traced back to you.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Tenant activates">
    The tenant follows your attributed route and completes the qualifying CasaPay activation defined by the programme. Activation criteria are set in your applicable agreement — not assumed to be any single action such as sign-up or first payment.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Earn">
    Once an eligible activation is confirmed under your agreement, the reward is handled per the referral settlement terms. Timing, amount, and method are defined in your agreement.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Programme boundaries

The CasaPay Referrals programme is operator-led by design. A few principles keep it clean for your tenants and your brand:

* Keep the operator clearly identified in any tenant communication involving CasaPay.
* Use only approved messages rather than ad-hoc financial claims about CasaPay products.
* Treat programme eligibility (for the reward) separately from the tenant's own product eligibility.

## Frequently asked questions

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="How is the reward calculated?">
    Your reward rate and calculation method are defined in your referral agreement. As an illustration, a 1% monthly rate applied to €1,000 rent across 100 eligible tenants gives €1,000 per month — but your actual rate, qualifying event, and settlement terms may differ.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Do all tenants qualify?">
    No. Qualifying activation criteria and attribution rules are defined in your agreement. Not every tenant introduction or CasaPay sign-up automatically counts as a qualifying activation. Existing tenants with a prior CasaPay relationship may also be subject to separate eligibility rules.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Is the programme available everywhere?">
    Participation depends on programme availability, geography, intended channels, and the terms of your specific CasaPay Referrals agreement. Contact [support@casapay.com](mailto:support@casapay.com) to discuss availability in your market.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="When do I receive the reward?">
    Settlement timing is defined in your applicable CasaPay Referrals agreement. No universal payment schedule applies across all operators. Your agreement will specify the qualifying event, reporting cycle, and settlement method.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How is a referral attributed to my account?">
    The programme uses an approved attributed invitation — such as a unique link or code — for each participating operator or channel. The production tracking method, attribution window, and reporting approach are confirmed in your programme terms.
