# CasaPay Offers: Connect Your Homes with Ready Renters

> Put your available homes in front of CasaPay members who are actively deciding where to live — no paid acquisition channel or per-lead fee required.

CasaPay Offers lets you reach an audience that is already comparing cities, homes, and move-in options — right at the moment they are ready to act. When a member shows interest in your offer, CasaPay sends them directly to your own website or booking journey. You keep the relationship, the channel, and the conversion. No competing marketplace checkout, no per-lead fee eating into your margin.

## Operator requirements

CasaPay Offers is built for professionally managed rental inventory with a tenant journey that can move from interest to action online.

    CasaPay Offers is designed to help operators reach tenant demand without a traditional paid-per-lead model. Commercial participation terms — including any applicable fees — are agreed during operator onboarding. No universal fee structure applies to all operators.

    Yes. You create and manage your own offers, including which homes are included, the availability window, the audience, and the applicable terms. You can update or withdraw an offer at any time through your operator setup.

    Yes, currently. CasaPay Offers requires at least 25 units per building. The programme is built for professional operators with managed inventory, not individual single-unit landlords.     When a CasaPay member shows interest in your offer, CasaPay sends them directly to your own website or booking flow — not to a CasaPay-hosted checkout or marketplace. The booking, payment, and tenancy relationship stays between you and the tenant.
